Marcel and Lev's Bike Touring Page

In late June 2006, Lev Kulyashov and Marcel Stieber (then 17 years old Juniors from Lynbrook High School in San Jose, CA) embarked on a 1,300 mile long bike trip from Vancouver, BC to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation. They biked along the Pacific Coast Bicycle Route for 19 days, following the route through Washington, Oregon, and finally ending in San Jose, CA. In June 2007, Lev and Marcel finished off the coast by riding south from San Jose to Tijuana.

About Me

Name: Marcel and Lev
Location: San Jose, California, United States

You might ask: why are we doing this? Even at our relatively young age of 17, we know quite a number of students and families that have been directly affected by cancer, and we want to do something about it. Since we both love to bike, we thought we could put our interest towards a good cause by raising the awareness of the increasing cancer epidemic.
